‼️ Please read......
This coming Sunday will mark the end of 2025's dancing year with Boogie Shoes and we are planning on going out with a bang! ?

To enable the double social to run smoothly we need your assistance. We have a very tight turn around of setting up the hall, the swap over of the 2 socials and the pack down at the end! To help with this, please can you adhere to the following:

⭐️ Firstly - The car park is going to be VERY busy - To help with this, where possible please can we ask that you car share? Team up with a dancing buddy or 2, so it will reduce the number of cars coming into the car park ??
❗️ Please note - Be mindful when parking your car not to block anyone in, park in one space not over 2!! ? And work from the furthest away when arriving rather than making the entrance full to start with ??

✅ The doctors surgery car park will be open. and we are allowed to use this! This is the next turning on the right past the centre and there is a walk way through to the centre ??
(Please do not park blocking any entrances)

⭐️ We regret to say that we will be shaving 15 minutes off each social to help with the short turn arounds. We really hope that we will make this up to you when you are in the venue and dancing!!!

❗️ The first social times are now: 2:30pm - 6:15pm
❗️ The Second Social times are now 7:15pm - 11:00pm

⭐️ THE FIRST SOCIAL DANCERS.....
On arrival:
Please do not arrive early, there is no need! The event is table planned and you have a seat, so there is no need to panic and sleep in your cars the night before!! ?
❗️ The Doors will open at 2pm and dancing will then start at 2:30pm. Unfortunately they won't be open before this time as we will still be setting up! So if it's raining... Stay in your car! ???

We kindly ask that when your social is finished you say your Festive Cheers and goodbyes as quickly as possible and exit the car park by 6:30pm

⭐️ THE SECOND SOCIAL DANCERS.....
On arrival, Please do not enter the car park before 6:30pm. It should then be clear for you and easier for you to park ??
There is a table plan for guys also ??

The Doors will open for you guys to come in at 6:45pm
Once again, unfortunately we will not be letting anyone in until this time as we need to clear, change and set the room up for your social.

Your Social will finish at 11pm prompt for a very quick pack up! ?

⭐️ THE BAR!!!
Yep! The bar will be open for the duration, so please do not bring any of your own food or drink. Whatever you need you should be able to get from the bar!!
The Centre is a Charity run business and we need to support them and this is how we can do it ??

⭐️ IRISH BINGO!!
For sure...... why not?!?!? Of course we will be playing a game of Irish Bingo, it would be rude not to??
To play you will need to pay £1 in cash (No card!)

There ya go!! The boring rules and regs have been said! ??

All what will be left to do is have a bloomin' good time and party like it's CHRIIIIISSTMAAAASSSSS! ????????
