If you are the lead person on the booking, we ask you kindly to pass this information to everyone in your party and collect the information for us and reply with one
email. Your help will be greatly appricated.

Please see the menus below supplied to us by The Brookfield Coffee Shop and Bar (Part of the CCA).
To help with the quick turnaround in a short space of time to get you all fed and watered! We need to take in pre-orders of what you would like to eat!
❗This needs to be actioned by no later than May 4th.
THE PLAN OF ACTION......
✅ By the end of this weekend coming all emails would have been sent out.
✅ By no later than the 4th of May, please reply to this email with your choices, clearly stating the following.....
Name, food choice and on what day you would like it.

Saturday Meal Deal - Ham on Granary, plain crisps, can of coke
Saturday Evening - Scampi and Fries
Sunday Meal Deal - Cheese on Granary, salt & vinegar crisps, water
Sunday Evening - Jacket Potato with Chilli & Cheese
✅ Then on arrival at the Festival - Go to any till point in the Bar or cafe areas and pay for you pre-ordered meals
✅ You will then be given a ticket. (Keep it safe!)
✅ During the Meal times go and collect your order with your said ticket as proof.

❗️ If you are Gluten Free. Please state this next to your name.
For anyone else with specific dietary requirements other than Gluten Free, please let us know.
⭐️ The Breakfast Menu has been given to you for information only to show what is on offer -
We are not collecting pre-orders for the breakfast and only need pre-orders for the Lunch and Evening meals. ??
❗The important part! ......
No food or drinks other than bought at the venue can be consumed in or on the premises.
This includes all outdoor spaces.
The CCA (Churchdown Community Center) is a charity run business and to keep the venue alive.... Please support it and adhere to this rule ??
