Please make yourself a cuppa, sit down and have a read of the following as there have been some changes made this year. 

The reason for these changes has come from feedback from you “the attendee” and the popularity of the Festival. Here at Boogiefest Towers, we like to make it as fair as possible for everyone to be in with a chance to attend! 

So please read all of the below, digest and get yourself ready for when the tickets start to go on sale as of the 1st August……⬇️⬇️

⭐️ TICKET OPTIONS AVAILABLE: (See flyer attached to this post)

There are now only 4 ticket types available for you……

?️ WEEKEND PASS 

If you wish to attend from doors opening on Friday to doors close on Sunday - This is the ticket option for you! 

❗️The small print!: Attendance is required for the duration. 

(For example if you are not in attendance at the Friday night Social, we will assume that you are no longer coming and your pass will be offered to someone else who maybe on the waiting list)

?️ WEEKEND DAY PASS

If you wish to attend from doors open on Saturday to doors close on Sunday - This is the ticket option for you!

❗️The small print!: Attendance is required for the duration. 

(For example if you are not in attendance on Saturday, we will assume that you are no longer coming and your pass will be offered to someone else who maybe on the waiting list)

?️ SINGLE DAY PASS

If you wish to attend from doors open to doors close on Saturday or Sunday - This is the ticket option for you!

Please clearly state which day it is you wish to attend when booking

?️ OPENING PARTY NIGHT PASS

If you are only wishing to attend the opening night party - This is the ticket option for you!

❗️Please note the following: 

➡️ Tiers 2,3 & 4 are subject to availability

➡️ Limited to purchase 6 tickets per email

⭐️ WHEN DO THE TICKETS GO ON SALE?:

?️ TIER 1 - on sale from 1st August

?️ TIER 2 - on sale from 5th August

?️ TIER 3 - on sale from 7th August

?️ TIER 4 - on sale from 10th August 

❗️Booking emails will only be accepted from 00:00 on the day of release and will be sold on a first come first served basis and are then secured once payment is received. 

We ask you kindly not to send chasing up emails in between the process. Out of respect, you will receive an email back to say if you have been successful or not.

⭐️ HOW TO GET BOOKED ON: (See flyer attached to this post)

This process hasn’t changed and is the same as last year ??

Please make sure all the relevant information is correct and present within your email as this could delay your booking process. The information required is…….

✅ Full Name(s) of all wishing to attend (Maximum 6 per email)

✅ The Ticket type(s) (Eg: WEEKEND PASS)

✅ Where you wish to be seated:

AB - Improver Level Dancers = Marquee

Improver Level Upward Dancers = The Main Hall

❗️ Please note: Although you request to sit in a certain location, you are allowed, and we recommend it, to wander around in any of the venues to have a Boogie! ??

⭐️ OTHER INFORMATION YOU MAY NEED TO KNOW:

➡️ Niels, Karl, Michelle and Jamie are hosting workshops on both days

➡️ The local instructors will be hosting workshops between them over the course of the weekend

➡️ Derek Magill is with us on Sunday evening

➡️ Tanya Turner is with us on Saturday evening

•     ➡️ This is an event only purchase, we do not sell accommodation.

➡️ You can only purchase tickets via the email address boogie_fest@hotmail.com and no other way. So if you see someone selling them, this is a scam! 

➡️ Any tickets purchased are non-refundable & non-transferable. 

That said we are human!!! Please get in contact with us and we will do our upmost to resell your ticket. A waiting list will be in place for those who haven’t been successful in getting booked on and we can offer your ticket to the next person on the list. This way it keeps it all fair ??

⭐️ Hopefully by releasing all of the above information backed up with the attached flyers has given you enough details to know when, how and what to do. 

You now have 3 weeks before the first Tier goes on sale to get organised and decide what you and your friends want to do ??
